What is your return policy for worn items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition with tags attached. Once an item has been worn on a job site or washed, it is no longer eligible for return unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days. Regional areas may require an additional 48 hours for delivery.
Are your work pants reinforced for heavy labor?
